I know I'm going to regret asking this but in what way has it been shown that Stephanie is a germophobe. I expected her to be walking around with antiseptic wipes most of the time, and cleaning things down before she touched them. But I haven't seen her doing this..unless I've missed it.

If you are really diagnosed ocd and have a cleaning/germ obsession and fear of contamination then sharing a bed, the shower and bathroom, the kitchen all becomes really difficult and your anxiety levels are on high the whole time. Going into that environment would tip you over on meds or not. I think she is just as germaphobic as the next person and simply finds Gary's hygiene gross and thus blaming her behaviour on that, like Kellie blames Frank.
I have not seen anything to suggest that at all.
Just someone who has known Frank for many decades and requires a bit of time to adjust to his/her new lifestyle.
Only Kellie isn't allowing that and that is what is causing the problems.
