Yep my 3 year old loves singing that one!

I personally find myself chuckling to The Rockford Files theme tune. Shoestring is funny too.
I love the Look Around You theme.
The BBC news theme is good as it reminds me of Bill Bailey's interpretation :)

For some reason though I've been left with the song from Bertha in my mind.

I can't think of any more at the moment as I'm at work and I'll get looked at strangely if I start dancing around the desk.

    I thank you.

    What duckorange says.

It must be time for that to be repeated. Ah the memories of those long school summer holiday mornings watching that and then Flash Gordon and Buck Rogers episodes before Why Don't You encouraged us to switch off our television set and go and do something less boring instead. Pretty soon after that of course the test card would come up until it was time for Pebble Mill at One.

I'd go along with the original Battlestar Galactica and Street Hawk as well.

    Alien Nation
    Peep Show (2nd series onwards)

    Or how about 'Bottom' !!!

Duel by Propaganda - theme to the rally championship when it was on the BBC. It just seemed perfectly matched to the rally action.

That was brilliant, does anyone know what it was called? I think it was by 'The Egg' or something like that

I'm also down with White Horses :)

Two that no-one's mentioned yet (I think), Stingray (or more particularly the 'Marina' song over the end credits) and 'Allo 'Allo' - I just love that accordion!

In my opinion, the greatest theme tune ever created is:

    Inspector Gadget (download)

It was created by the geniuses Haim Saban & Shuki Levy, who produced the music for many other popular kids' TV shows, including:

    The Mysterious Cities of Gold
    Ulysses 31
    Heathcliffe
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe
    She-Ra
    Mister T
    Pole Position
    Punky Brewster
    Rainbow Brite
    Dennis the Menace
    Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors
    MASK
    Kissyfur
    The Real Ghostbusters
    Sweet Valley High
    Dragon Ball Z
    X-Men cartoon
    Spider-Man cartoon
As well as every single incarnation of the Power Rangers! (That's 12 different shows with 12 different theme tunes!)

Shuki Levy also holds the world record for composing the most television theme songs!

Basically, if you were a kid in the 80s or 90s, you will almost certainly have grown up loving some of the music of Haim Saban and Shuki Levy
