gary is being blamed because instead of asking them to be quiet, he was passive aggressive making a snide comment about edele making a habit out of being rude. he also further insulted her by blaming her outburst on immaturity when she asked him to ask them to be quiet rather than being rude.
I think Ricci climbing up on Dee, and shoving her face in his crotch is worse than Gary just dropping his trousers to do his Knee, yet they never batted an eyelid.
