I think I've seen all the Marvel movies now except for Guardians of the Galaxy.

1) Iron Man (for me, still the best Marvel movie to date)
2) The Avengers
3) Iron Man 3
4) Thor: The Dark World
5) Thor
6) Iron Man 2
7) Captain America: The Winter Soldier
8) Captain America
9) The Incredible Hulk

    1 & 2. Ironman & Thor

    Also haven't seen GOTG

As for the others I don't really rate them at all.

Unless certain X Men & Spiderman films are also counted.

X-Men and Spiderman are produced by 20th Century Fox and Sony (at least for now).

    Of the films I've seen:
1 Captain America: The Winter Soldier
    2 The Avengers
3 Captain America: The First Avenger
    4 Thor
    5 Iron Man
    6 The Incredible Hulk
    7 Iron Man 2

Captain America and the Hulk are the only likeable heroes, but The Incredible Hulk is boring. Both Thor and Iron Man are too arrogant and narcissistic. The first Iron Man is fun, but the second is forgettable and boring.

Haven't seen Iron Man 3, Thor 2 or Guardians...

That won't change, Marvel can't recall the rights, as long as a movie is produced based on the rights every few years, Fox and Sony will continue to own the rights. It's the primary reason why The Amazing Spider-man exists, but Sony are expanding the Spiderman universe, so this shouldn't ever be an issue...

Fantastic Four almost reverted back to Marvel, but Fox negotiated a deal where Marvel could use Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch in the MCU and they got more time to get F4 together...

Cannot stand the Hulk film. Hope there won't be another (as much as I like Ruffalo)

I never knew that. They should've tried to pinch a few of the F4 villains.

Don't care, fanboys can dismiss it if they like. May not be MCU, but it's a movie based on a Marvel character, good enough for me. Same with X-Men.

It's possible Marvel and Sony might reach some agreements though, the redesigned Oscorp was going to feature in the New York skyline in Avengers, but Sony didn't get it rendered in time, so it was left out of the final version...

That's silly, the MCU is a specific franchise, you can't just add films if you feel like it. It's like saying G.I. Joe is your favourite Transformers movie or Inception is your favourite Matrix movie. Same company, completely different franchise...

I don't know the exact details of the rights of these properties but I kinda assumed that Sony would be worried about the diminishing returns of each Spider-Man movie. But Marvel/Disney are doing so well with the ones they have, it looks like they don't need Spider-Man or X-Men since they have their hands full.

So, I've just gotten around to catching up with all the films... :)
I've not watched The Incredible Hulk as I really wasn't interested, the actor is apparently different, it doesn't add much into the MCU and hasn't had particularly good reviews.

1 - Guardians of the Galaxy
2 - Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier
    3 - The Avengers
    4 - Iron Man 3
    5 - Thor 2: The Dark World
    6 - Iron Man
7 - Captain America: The First Avenger
    8 - Thor
    9 - Iron Man 2

I actually like all nine of those, although they're not without their problems particularly near the bottom of the list...
Iron Man 2 is totally unmemorable apart from Whiplash as a villain - I felt Pepper was underused in the film, and there were too many threats at once.
Thor felt like it dragged a bit to begin with, and I didn't buy into the romance between Thor and Jane Foster - it happened so quickly. Loki would go on to be brilliant but here I didn't think he was a particularly interesting villain.
Captain America: The First Avenger was absolutely brilliant in its first half, but felt like it was dragging in its second half.

    -

Whilst I'm at it, rather than starting a new thread I'll rank the X-Men films as well...

    1 - X-Men 3: The Last Stand
    2 - The Wolverine
    3 - X-Men: First Class
    4 - X-Men 2
    5 - X-Men: Days of Future Past
    6 - X-Men Origins: Wolverine
    7 - X-Men

I have a feeling there's a lot of X-Men fans who would gladly see me dead with a list like that :p

1.) Captain America - The Winter Soldier
    2.) Guardians of The Galaxy
    3.) Iron Man 3
4.) Captain America - The First Avenger
    5.) The Avengers
    6.) Iron Man
    7.) Thor
    8.) Iron Man 2
9.) Thor - The Dark World
    10.) The Incredible Hulk

I enjoyed them all - apart from the last two. Thor:TDW didn't really take off story-wise; Incredible Hulk was another case of a film which didn't know how to use the Hulk properly - found it generally unconvincing.

The rest - I like them all equally really, including Iron Man 2! :D

    Your ranking is... interesting :D

I'd rank them like this (haven't seen DoFP though):

    1) X2
    2) X-Men
    3) The Wolverine
    4) X-Men: The Last Stand
    5) X-Men: First Class (I never liked this as much as some)
    6) X-Men Origins: Wolverine

And for Spider-Man (Raimi and Webb):

    1) Spider-Man 2
    2) The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (I know)
    3) Spider-Man
    4) Spider-Man 3
    5) The Amazing Spider-Man

Huh? The Avengers still is regarded as the best MCU movie no? I know some think Cap 2 and Guardians give it a good run for it's money but Avengers is still the highest rated Marvel movie on IMDB as well as being their biggest box office success. Though I still think Iron Man is still by a mile their best film ;-)
