    How can you fire 4 exploding bullets into the middle of a small, enclosed space and not expect the person inside to receive fatal injuries?

    He could not expect that he would kill anyone. He couldn't see through wood.

    No-one's saying he'll walk away. Just that it's not premeditated murder and that he didn't intend to kill the person in the toilet.

    I'm happy with that as I think that's what the evidence suggested all along.
