The monster / robot-of-the-week is merely a catalyst for exploring the Doctor / wonders of time traveling v dreary humans / being left behind thing, and I think it's being explored well
Best this series so far. Really enjoyed this week's ep.
Me too, it was harking back to the good old nuWho days, a simple story, lots of character building and interaction, and some great one liners from 12 yet again, I am in love with him, he has made me love Who again.
I throughly enjoyed that episode, I must say, an unexpected treat! Loved the humour and the character interactions. Shame the monster of the week was disappointedly executed. Still, thumbs up from me overall....8/10

Turn over if your bored. If not enjoy it for what it is.
Not every week can be a personal hit for everyone.
I have been going through classic who and some serials back in the day didn't have any "excitement" in.
Not having a go, it just seems a shame to be bored.
The weaping Angel girl?
And a previous incarnation of the master and missy
I don't think she'll get another....

Very disappointed.
Two words.
Attention seekers.
Ditto.
I find Clara irritating, too.
1 I love Capaldi as the doctor
2 Hate Clara
3 Hate this series Its too much about bliddy Clara
I will watch it as I said I love Capaldi, he lights up my screen
So many laugh out loud moments. Loved when the Doctor thought he and Clara looked the same age.
Nice appearance by the man that looks like a Quieten Blake Illustration. (Peter Capaldi, Thick Of It reference)
