Most of the films already mentioned (not the Hancock ones) are quick cash ins. You could mention the Dad's Army film and the On the Buses series too. They can be fun but their main aim was to make a quick killing from a popular TV comedy without too much thought for quality. Now more care seems to be taken so that although The Inbetweeners movies and Alpha Papa have the feel of extended TV shows the jokes are still strong.
If we are just looking at TV comedy then I think the Americans have us beat. The Simpsons and South Park movies stand on their own merits and are proper films.
Surprised nobody mentioned Police Squad being transferred as The Naked Gun.
To be honest, I'm not quite following what the OP hopes to get out of the thread. Is it just a list of TV shows that have made to film, or TV shows which we think would make great movies?
The Likely Lads and the two Steptoe and Son films are probably the best examples of popular British television shows having well-made film spin-offs. The Are You Being Served? film isn't too great. One show that should've had a spin-off film back in the day is The Good Life.

I'd add Porridge to the list. I think it's superior to both the Steptoe films. It's years since I saw The Likely Lads one, so I can't compare it.
I quite liked the On The Buses movie and I wasn't a big fan of the tv show.
Some others I liked to varying degree:
Rainbow Brite and the Star stealer
Blues Brothers (Based on regular skit from Saturday Night Live)
TMNT movie (Not the latest carcrash one but the first movie)
Transformers: The Movie
Addams Family
A-Team
Beavis and Butthead Do America
The Beverly Hill Billies
Dragnet with Ackyrod and Hanks
My Little Pony movie (The older ponies)
South Park: Bigger Longer and Uncut
The Untouchables

Now for something completely different

Punch and Judy man
The rebel

Well most of them.!
And you might say the same for Dr Who?
Dum....dum.....dum-dum...

So did IMDB !!

OK, I give up. Mastermind?
I presume the OP was referring to Monty Python's Flying Circus.
It would be like the saying Magicians starring Mitchell and Webb was a film made from their sketch show.
12 Angry Men
Marty
Days Of Wine And Roses
Charly
The Miracle Worker
Oh, come on. It's surely not impossible ;-)
If you're having that, I'm having 'The Fugitive'
Ah, but the original TV theme was in 5/4 time - the bastardised film version is in 4/4 time...

Head is as incomprehensible as it is wacky and existential.
