Is this filmed in Dublin? Sure looks like Dublin.

Parts are filmed at the Black Country Museum near Dudley.

Don't know if this has been posted, but here's a short scene of Tom Hardy for this coming week. For anyone interested. Like.

They use the canal basin there and superimpose factories behind it.

The excellent Driver finishes this week so you'll have to find something else to fill that slot.

Thought tonight's episode was great. Loved it. As a brum girl I think the accents are fine
The garrison is still as rough as £&@!

Helen McCrory is stunning in this series. She must be one of the best actresses around at the moment. Surely a BAFTA worthy performance

I have to agree but she was excellent in series 1 as well.

Before the end of this series I think that Churchill will have to choose between Campbell and Shelby and he will choose Shelby. Campbell knows too much.

NB. I cannot see how that boat could get from Birmingham to London in 4 days without any crew to work the locks and there are a lot of locks.

Wouldn't have expected you to champion Cillian Murphy so I'll do it:D

That impassive look , the eyes, he achieves suits Shelby's charater to a T .

Cool as a cucumber facing Solomons across the table.
A frustrated Tommy as he dealt with the snivelling Arthur.
A happy Tommy at the re opening of the pub
A sad , thoughtful one as he burned Grace's letter .

The whole cast so far have been excellent tho. Well chosen for the parts they're playing.

there is one thing that is puzzling me with aunt polly , what is her name? im sure that her son said he was looking for Elizabeth Grey , yet in the first series Arthur senior called her Pollyanna so im a bit confused to what her actual name is supposed to be

he never lost it, they pulled out his gold teeth not his tongue.

Pollyanna would be a pet name maybe ? EG? Would that be the name[maybe false] on the child's birth certificate / adoption papers ?Just a thought but just read elsewhere Polly was/is an informal name used by people called Elizabeth like Billy is to William or Jack is to John

I actually thought it was Sally which was used as an informal name by people called Elizabeth ,

Can I add my voice to those praising Helen McCrory - she is hitting it out of the park this season.

One thing that really bothered me last night was Tommy's reaction to Arthur's shell shock - considering what Tommy himself had been through last season. I would have thought he would be more compassionate. Or was it just a case of "I really don't need another f@&%!?g problem right now"?

    The latter I guess.
    According to IMDB
Campbell is only in 3 episodes of series 2 and has already been in 2
