We are just poor. Liverpool :o
Can't believe how both teams have declined from last season. Well, Liverpool selling Suarez is partly the reason they are poor, but Arsenal.........

Retaining Wenger has continued the steady decline.

    Don't understand this match.

Its like the Dortmund match in week 1. We just have not turned up. We seem to be woeful away from this season. Mind u we are not much better at home.

We seem to be lathargic and as usual no one is taking control.

Imo the squad has not gelled at all we have not played well like a team that has gelled. I do not think giving Ozil and the Germans a month off helped either.

Why is a team full of such good players playing so poorly and looking so totally shot of confidence this early in the season.

The answer lies with one man.

    And there it is.

A well deserved lead for the utterly average Belgians.

    Inevitable.

How the arrogant overpaid buffoon has made now subs shows that he is senile and should no longer be trusted.

    Look at the marking there.
    Should have been 2-0.
    Abysmal.

So ****ing predictable. And wasteful in front of goal.

Why does this happen every single time?

    Walcott needs to come back.

The team is poor and is lacking confidece Subs would not have made a diffence tbh. No onr on the bench who would change this game anyway.

wr just have to accept it and move on. Wengers not going no where tlll he wants too.

Simple the squad is not suitable for the Cl. Only Chelsea and City's are. We can not just expect to go to these places and win. You have to earn it. Cl games are always hard. Problem is you neef the team to play the right games. We are so limited thats the problem.

And whose fault would that be exactly?

I think it is you that is deluded, board limitations! Pull the other one.

I take it from this post and your one in the Ched Evans thread that you are incredibly sexist.
You can call me whatever you like but I've backed up every point with facts in both threads.

If you want to blindly defend a girl you do not know, or blindly criticise a manager that made our club so much greater, then keep on going.

Really? Makes you wonder why he wasted those precious 'limited' resources the board allow him on Alexis rather than on midfield and defence doesn't it? Surely the weaknesses in those positions would have been much more of a priority to him seeing how he is still such a top class manager wouldn't they?

That isn't to say that I think the Alexis signing was bad (although given how appallingly he is mis-managing the Ozil situation we should probably reserve judgement) but I think other areas of the team were crying out for far more urgent attention.

You've just contradicted yourself in your own post. Fans were crying out for Alexis and we finally got him now he's a problem?

I admit the handling of the Ozil situation and that transfer window was poor, but it's obvious there's something going on the background that prevented him from buying in the summer. Wenger isn't perfect, but he's not incompetent.

I think Spiderman works for the United Nations.

Bring on Jacqui Oatley, that's what I say!
