    I'm very sympathetic to Norris citilink tried to deliver a parcel 3 times without informing me and now want me to collect from there depot 50 miles and a 90 minute drive away.

    This parcel story is awful. Norris could have it redirected to the shop. Ask for the day off to be in all day or he could do the unthinkable and go down to the depot to collect it.
