Great British Sewing Bee series 3

According to the BBC website series 3 starts at 8pm on 28th Jan, starting with a catchup of Series 2 contestants. I can't wait!

I hope this leads on to the new series as I LOVE this programme, and I've just ordered a dressmaker's dummy to get started on my own dressmaking again!

    Ooops, having now re-read the BBC website, in my previous excitement at seeing news of a new episode of Sewing Bee I think my brain made up the bit about series 3 :blush:..........but I still hope it'll be on soon after the Series 2 catchup programme on 28th Jan!

    According to digiguide the new series starts on Thursday 5th Feb at 8pm.

    I love this programme, looking forward to it coming back. I just really hope now we're up to series three that they don't feel the need to start upping the pressure and 'excitement' the way they did with the Bake Off, which as far as I remember also used to be nice and gentle and laid back for the first few series, and much more enjoyable for it!

    I hope too that they will introduce a few non-dressmaking projects, like cushions or bags or somesuch.
