    The MP's are very noisy and childlike today, maybe its because its an end of term parliament and they have had **** all to debate for a while. I suppose its nice to have an actual session in the chamber.

    Most of them won't be standing in May so they don't care anymore.

    millionaire tax cut blah blah - how much was the top rate of tax under Labour up to April 2010? 40p so its still MORE than when Labour were in office
