They had the nude news and weather at 11 PM and then a bizarre show called Naked Elvis on after. However I can assure you, they certainly did have nude models doing a weather forecast and the day's headlines.
Naked Elvis was a Channel 4 show. I don't remember Live TV doing naked news or weather either. Their news gimmick was the News Bunny and the weather was presented in Norwegian (clothed) and later by a bouncing dwarf.

When Naked News was shown here, I think on the old Playboy Channel before they started to encrypt it, but although the women were naked, in the UK, they blurred the lower area.
They should have asked Siân Lloyd to do the weather topless. She is something of an exhibitionist, by all accounts.
Sian Lloyd was doorstepped by Keith Chegwin many years ago on The Big Breakfast, she opened the door wearing just a dressing gown and it did slip slightly to expose a nipple. Sadly, this was long before the days of instant rewind and record so I've never seen it again, despite looking!
