I doubt the Banker is thinking about that. The banker probably couldn't care less. For example,if the 1p is left late in the game,the banker may refer to it in one of his calls. But I doubt he attaches any importance personally to the 1p. The point is,he knows that many of the players do (irrationally in my view) and will play on it.
Twenty grand is a nice bag of money for a young fella, I don't blame him for making sure he walks away with a nice wad. Too many games go bye-byes very quickly. Well played young man, and no outcome will make me change my mind.
