Daniele Ricciardo is reminding me of the Friends episode "The One With Ross's Teeth".

I always fast forward through the F1 driver segments as I haven't a clue who they are.

This episode stated off really well but went dramatically downhill after the patient catheter/replace guts segment. Shame.

    Ha, loved it.

I don't mind the program being like this - the segments with all 3 together are the best part of the show.

I have cried with laughter. I thought it was hilarious tonight. Obviously silly and pointless. But good fun

Like the posters above me, I absolutely hooted out loud with laughter a few times during that episode.
As Readingfan said, best episode for a while.

I honestly can't remember the last time I laughed so much during a programme - incredibly silly and so funny

Just the image of james' patient dangling out the back of the ambulance is still cracking me up

Don't normally comment on TV programmes but have to as this was laugh out loud funny. As pure entertainment, the Top Gear boys excelled themselves tonight. I cried laughing. The entire Top Gear team should be mighty proud of themselves. Pure brilliance.

    It was absolute nonsense tonight...

...but I loved it. The replacing guts sequence was particularly superb.

Absolutely one of the funniest programmes I've seen on TV in years.

The Thunderbirds part was hilarious, and I'm still laughing at Richard Hammond's patient being jettisoned into the hospital!

    10/10

Top Gear has turned into The Goodies!

Should point out that its a hard, grim, brave job. Hardly mentioned, that it's a heroic individual that they are parodying.

This was one of the best episodes in a long time - and I didn't miss having any supercars tested around the track.
