Beck's a dedicated Scientologist and on record as donating to the IAS war chest, which is used to fund harassment of cult critics through court cases and other tactics such as paying private investigators to follow people and search through their household rubbish.
I'm quite sure it's no co-incidence that Scientology decided to air a television advert during the Grammys.
To a certain extent Beck is a victim of the cult since his parents raised him in it but he should be held accountable for his actions as an adult and members of the public buying his records should be aware of what their money is being used for.

I thought Beck came out of it really well, he was very gracious and he actually looked quite thrilled when KW started to come up on stage.
It's a bit creepy, the way KW is always pleading Beyonce's cause, as though she can't speak for herself. If I were her, I'd kick him in the knackers and tell him to STFU.
