Thank god! The show doesn't need Mickey back.

I thought it was totally right that it was almost entirely Beale-centric. It was fitting and worked so, so well for me.

Incredibly impressed by them all, especially Laurie and Adam.

It was a great episode but the fireworks was a bit random.

I assume it was to celebrate that episode.

Damn, the letter reading spilled my over

I knew Peter would be having none of this - I sympathise with him, letting Bobby go unpunished will lead him the way of Ben [he will remember / realise that he killed Lucy eventually]!

Brilliant episode, and well done to all the cast. :)

    Cindy was amazing

Live? You would never have guessed if you didn't know.

Absolutely. I was so absorbed by it I was really jarred at the end when the fireworks started :-D

I take back every bad feeling I had about the reveal - phenomenal episode, all of the Beales knocked it out of the park.

Adam and Laurie deserve all the awards for that.

Would Ian forgive Jane that easily?!!

Unlike his thick son, Ian came to the conclusion that he would have done exactly the same.

    Better than dragging it out

Anything would have been better than that half an hour. I understand the need to represent both sides of the argument but I didn't like how Peter didn't have at least one person backing him up. It's as if he's the loony for wanting justice for his sister. I don't even know where to start...

Yes. Why would they have the fireworks? Was it for Beale's wedding ?

I think it was for Mick and Linda's engagement :D

I was totally blown away. So good, I find it hard to believe that it was filmed live.

The director, cameramen, sound engineers and everybody in the Beale household were truly amazing.

The Julia & Tony took me a second to get but god what a beautiful tribute.

I personally think it should have finished there but I guess they wanted an upbeat end and the opportunity to include most of the cast in the live episode.
