My old band played with them a good few times! Always really good and nice chaps. I will check this out on my way home from work.
I tried to listen to some of Dillinger Escape Plan's last album. Well, I had to turn it off. I have no idea what was going on there. It was like a completely different band.

Really love the Von Hertzen Brothers I must admit. I've seen, and met, them a few times as well and they are great guys.
They supported Ginger and The Wildhearts @ this time last year and when I spoke to them after their set they said they really want to raise their profile in the UK this year beyond the Planet Rock/Classic Rock audience.
My mates band Thunderous Jones were recently signed and have finally released their debut single. While they offer something slightly different to the scene, I really love their sound.
I've not looked through this thread it's far too long, so these may have already been posted.
These two were always good for annoying the neighbours, thirty years ago and were a bit of a shock to one or two of our "white collar middle class" party guests at the time.

Ricky Warwick sounding good as usual. Good Belfast lad
Yes when we had a meet and greet in Norwich last year they did an accoustic set just for us,Ricky Warwick was not part of that sadly, was going to ask for Cold Sweat he likes that one.:)
Yes.
Enjoyable. The second track bounces along nicely.
There's one with a chugging riff that would grace an Irom Maiden album!
I bought the 2CD deluxe set, the second CD being a Live at Wacken set.

Joe Lynn Turner has said recently that Richie Blackmore is considering reforming Rainbow for one last blast before retiring.

Dickinson has always struck me as a thoroughly decent chap.
Bruce Dickinson is very fit and generally very healthy, i would hope he makes a full recovery from this.
Good on Iron Maiden they released the news first on the website for the fans give it a year or so and they will be back rocking i suspect.:)
