Ridiculous, they had the jury completely ignore the forensic evidence and witness statements just to get that 'twist'. Pathetic. Very poor writing to try and create some tension.

Now I expect he will be murdered and wallah - we have series 3.

Weakest defence, no!!!! Absolutely no defence, the defending barrister dictated a fairy story and the " great"prosecution barrister sat on her hands and listened.
