Not really a twist movie as you find out quite early. .but first time I watched never let me go. .had no idea what it was about and completely threw me. .love this film.
Does knowing a film has a big twist not ruin it for you though?
I spent the whole of panic room thinking all was not as it should be as it was a David fincher film. I was convinced that the panic room was a metaphor, but no it was all relatively straightforward.
I always answer Sleepaway camp when this topic arises. Best twist ever
The Crying Game
Jagged Edge
Primal Fear
Se7en
The Others
Gone Baby Gone
The Wickerman
Psycho
Don't Look Now
Citizen Kane
Angel Heart
You could argue that some of these are more dramatic/surprising plot reveals rather than actual twists.
A film that offers a surprising resolution to the mystery it has built up isn't quite the same as a film that pulls the rug on what you thought was certain.

Oliver Twist?
True. It is in my top 10 best movies ever.
The truman show
That's like Fight Club though; everyone knows the twist even if they haven't seen it.
Do you mean a twist as in plot twist or maybe we learn something that reverses our opinion of a character?
Full of twists.
The twist comes about half way through - but highly recommended.

Picky, I know, but still a difference.
Nah it's just picky.
Some of my mates ruined the twist in Shutter Island, so is it even worth watching anymore?
