...Not the piggin fault in their stars either (aka the overrated FIOS I'll add).

I do like a good crime novel, especially if it gets turned into a film and you see someone get bludgeoned to death. I'm feeling quite violent today :D

The Virgin Suicides was quite a good book, yet to see the film though.

I'd go with the Agent Pendergast novels by Douglas Preston & Lincoln Child. They can be quite violent at times and are very enjoyable sometimes they have a hint of the supernatural/Sci-Fi as well.

    Serious question.

Do you often get these feelings?

Do you think you might ever act on these feelings either towards others or yourself?

If you do then it's really important you speak to someone.

The Bible. Lots of gruesome deaths in there and of course the ultimate death, which ends happily as Christ rises again allowing us a way to have eternal life in heaven.

Any book with talking snakes in is a winner in my eyes! :D

Your username always reminds me of something of a sexual nature, like the saying "smashed your back doors in" for example (oh and "beef curtains" :D)

Ooh wow, people against the Bible here!

I do love a good crime thriller. I like the Payne and Jones series by Chris Kuzneski - people are always being killed in various gruesome ways!

Sometimes I don't always want gruesome, just generally where someone dies. It spices it up a bit. I don't want a romance novel for people to live happily ever after, I want lives to be ripped apart! :D

I hate the lovey dovey books too.

I like people being killed in interesting ways though, not your usual murders!

The Lovely Bones was quite good, though slightly twisted but I guess that's what I'm after.

I'm not really into romance, or else I'd buy Mills & piggin Boone
