Apparently the average Brit consumes 7000 on Christmas Day. If you were a big drinker, you could easily do 10,000.

I think I have probably managed 5000 before.

Actually, all those Eton toffs, such as Cameron, could end up eating in excess of 7,000 calories a day what with their quail eggs and smoked salmon souffle for breakfast and roast pheasant for lunch followed by saffron and goji berry ice cream and so on.

I've never counted, but a lot. I've eaten a lot for weeks at a time, too. Exercising hard, walking or skiing large distances, and carrying heavy loads, you just use it up.

Cameron has even been seen burgarising...in public :o!:o (that's at least 700 calories or 1,400 for two - triple :o:o:o)

It's understood that Cameron also indulges in Eton trifles.

I did tough muddier in Vegas and the day after I went all out and over indulged.

Breakfast: pancakes, sausages, bacon, hash browns, French toast

Lunch: 2 huge burgers fries, onion rings, from Carl's jr

Dinner: 32oz prime rib steak, chips, onions rings.

Then about 20 bottles of micholob.

Literally in a coma the next day

You can work it out on the McD's website, they have a nutrition/calorie calculator.

About 20, maybe 25 years ago... For a bet I once ate 5 Big Macs, plus a large fries, large banana milkshake, and a Flurry with chocolate bits in it (I used the 'Dairy Milk' one from the calculator)
At current recipes, that lot comes to 3800 calories, though I suspect that 20+ years ago it was significantly more than that.
Oh, and that was about 8pm, after eating more or less normally through the day (1500 to 2000 cals)
So, possibly 7,000 cals allowing for older McDs recipes.

I'm sure I've probably pigged out even more than that on a fair few Christmas days.

And back in the days when I used to routinely cycle 250-300 miles a week (often 120+ in one day), I used to eat like a beast on days that I'd done a lot of miles - Dread to think how many cals I got through in those days.

Probably one of the day trips out.

A full English in the morning, followed by a McD for lunch, then another fast food joint or all you can eat for tea, then a steak for dinner, then a takeaway for supper.
