Albania - I like this. A big improvement on the original song they chose back in December. :)

It's going to Vienna in English, but there will be Albanian and Italian versions of I'm Alive available too.

Ooo really liking Albania's new song. Glad I took the chance and placed an E/W bet for a few quid when it was 150/1 :p

Oh yes it's good! Very jessie j like someone said. It comes to something when even Albania can send a hit that could slip into radio playlists without a raised eyebrow.

Couldn't imagine anything like that ever winning FiK

IMO they really need to switch to the other contest they have (Kenga Majike?) - the one which has a contemporary focus.

True. Maybe from now on the winner of FiK should choose a different song for Eurovision.

Her English pronunciation could get messy when it's being sung live. But it's an improvement and a good song for semi 1!

It seems a lot of the best entries have been saved until last. 2015 doesn't seem as bleak as it did last week.

It will probably sound completely different live, but it think semi 1 has plenty of worse songs for the chop!

The contest suddenly feels so much stronger this past few days. Good songs and lots of positive revamps of songs too

Looking forward to the Italian version :)

The other contest does have far more suitable songs for Eurovision but its a different channel, they should nab the producers for FiK and the jury members who must be younger. Sadly Eurovisions not ready for Aurela Gace in a Liza Minelli wig prancing about on stage

Just dumping the scat section with it's patronising comments would be an improvement.

5-second feelings of new songs I've only just heard:

    Albania is fab
    Azerbaijan is brilliant
    Austria is a snoozefest
    San Marino could be worse

I guess there's no obligation for them to actually reveal any changes that might have happened before the submission deadline (which was today, right?) I don't remember if they ever revealed the awful changes to That Sounds Good To Me.
