Due to stress apparently. I certainly think this is a crack in the Mirror for 1D as a band. In other boy bands such as Take That, Westlife and Five their decline has started with a member not performing in a tour

Thoughts people ...

    He's been a bit of a mess for a while, hasn't he? Needs to go home to mum for a bit of R & R. Too much pressure on too young shoulders came too soon.

    I admit I know very very little about 1D but this bloke always looked the most down to earth and normal out of the group (drugs or not). His facial expression was always like "what am I doing hanging out with these 4 manufactured losers?" I think he was just in it for the money.

    I suspect they will all crash and burn, once they are no longer young it won't be easy adapting to a different life.

    "Stress" or "exhaustion" are usually code words for rehab....

    I can't stand One Direction but I do hope that it isn't serious.

    I don't think that they really want to do this anymore. They're all a little older than they were when they were on the X Factor and they're probably sick of the crap music that Cowell is making them record. I don't think that they have many albums left in them.

    Well, if you didn't go on the 1A, 1B and 1C tours, the 1D tour won't mean anything to you. At least that's what I think it's about. :confused:

    They've each done alright out of it though. I'd take their washed up careers and their current bank balances. :D

    Great band. Hope he's OK. The amount of gigs they do is astonishing.
