I'm not keen on people like Annalise who use that aggressive, teeth-baring laughter to try to disguise the fact that they're being unkind or critical. The Blackpool woman from this week's Four in a Bed was a bit like that too.
It's also known as Bircher Muesli and supposedly The Wolseley restaurant in London has a good recipe LINK
Trudi I just think it's inconsiderate when people tramp dirt around whether it's Ben's bare feet or filthy shoes, but my real pet peeve is people putting their suitcases and bags on the beds. They should use the rack provided when there is one, or otherwise keep them well away from the beds >:(

well i enjoyed that!! still not sure about the voiceover man....
Finally got to see it and have to agree. I normally like Roger Allam. He's very good in the excellent Cabin Pressure radio comedy but I don't think his voice works with this surprisingly. Early days so shall give him another couple of shows.
I actually think Stephan Mangan is better in the repeated series. I can't remember if he did them originally or if they've been redone though.
Despite a pube hunt from the off I much preferred this new series of 4IAB to the hackneyed 4. I didn't even watch the last couple of episodes of that this week.
Three sets of B&B owners take turns to stay with one another and pay what they consider a fair price. The first visit is to the quirky Old Bath Arms in Frome, Somerset. The pub, restaurant and B&B is run by extrovert South African Richard Findlay and his partner Kath Hayler. Also taking part are Lizzie Middlemiss, owner of the award-winning No 1 Sallyport B&B in Berwick-upon-Tweed, Northumberland, and Sarah Bryant of the Babbling Brook in Shurton, Somerset. The week of competitive hosting features an attack of lavender fumes, some controversial anonymous comments and a great deal of friction.

Place number 2 tonight looks stunning! What's with those prices though, £150 B&B or 'special offer' £90 room only. Maybe its someone who doesn't like doing breakfasts!

It looks like you get a suite not just a room? And room only price might be where they use the yellow tape to cordone off the living room bit and only leave you with the bedroom?

The place does look amazing.
: Lol. Love it. I SO hope they do that and if it was tonight, even better.

Just as well we're not watching the same thing in the same room at the same time. I positively yell at the TV
That's ok, it doesn't take much especially at my age.
Thanks for the link SolarSail ☺
I suspect she's quite the Machiavellian.

First up. Have they ever read their own website?
That reminded me of HIlda Ogden
Or someone trying to learn a new language.
