Good for him, but I said UKIP core supporters, Nigel is the leader, he can say whatever he wants to look good. If you asked the average UKIPper they would say end immigration regardless of where they are coming from and would most certainly not want priority given to people from India, South Africa, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Namibia, Zimbabwe and countless other countries which have severely lower living standards than we do here.
Im not a big fan of more and more private companies in the NHS, but if you do use them you have to let them have some profit Natalie...otherwise they can't do the job because they won't be in business. Be sensible.
