Synopsis:
It's Kat and Alfie's final day in Walford and Alfie gives an emotional goodbye speech. However, when Sister Judith arrives in Walford looking for Kat, is the couple's happy ending about to come crashing down?

Meanwhile, Shabnam's worst nightmare comes true when Shirley confronts her in front of her family regarding Dean's baby. Later, Dean is adamant that the child is still alive and wants to prove that he is right, but Shirley and Buster try to stop him as they fear he is making a mistake.

On This Day:
The shocking truth about the real nature of Shirley and Mick's relationship is revealed in 2014!

Ian's downward spiral continues as he makes plans for his wedding to Mandy, in 2012.

Ronnie was determined as as ever to try and get herself pregnant back in 2009.

All the way back in 2003, Kat and Alfie's 'will they, won't they?' romance continues as Nana Moons gets involved.

    The Shirley confronting Shabnam sounds brilliant! This will bring something fresh to Dean, Buster and Shirley away from the other Carters. Can't wait for this. Also can't wait for Masood to go ballistic.

    I hope Kat returns from Ireland alone or with her long lost son. In other words I hope TPTB kill Alfie off in Ireland. I'm really looking forward to Friday's episode. Sounds pretty good. Thanks for the thread :)

    I'm really looking forward to tonight's ep, the Kat and Alfie stuff mostly and I will miss them when they go and they better both come back or TPTB or else!

    Kat will be back but the character needs a break. Hopefully Jessie Wallace will do other acting roles.

    I don't think she will be back :( I don't think she needs a break either.

    I hope boring Kush doesn't come between the Shabs and Stacey friendship, I like those two as mates far more than I like either with Kush.

    Kat has a big storyline coming up as we have just found out that she has a secret son. Kat doesn't know that but surely this means she will be back?

    I don't like Kush but I'm so annoyed that Stacey and Shabnam's friendship will be ruined :(. I just hope Stacey gets more storylines soon. Really going to miss Kat and Stacey's scenes.

    I think the secret son is just a story for the spin off which is only six episodes and it will be a really long wait before its even on TV. I don't think there are any plans for Kat to return to EE though. :(
