Apple streaming depressing sales might hurt the competition more. If Black Magic is already strong on sales vs streaming in 2 countries, I dont see behavior patterns changing.
Perrie plays the guitar a little, Leigh-Anne used to play drums and piano, and Jade learned playing piano for three years. Jesy can beatbox if that counts.

Well, tbh I'd prefer it if she's not doing the rapping. Actually, I might prefer Jesy does the rapping instead, I've always had the impression that she would be good at it too.
Sorry for the late reply. Translation might be a bit rusty. Not much is said tbh
"We're very excited to do all of this again! It's been almost a year since we've done anything now. We can't wait to do everything: concerts, promo, all of it. We're really excited. We really hope to go on a world tour next year. But we have to see what will happen because we have so much to do this year. We have so many projects. We'd love to do a movie, we love acting ! There are a lot of things that we would love to do but WE WANT THIS WORLD TOUR! We'd love to come to paris. It's been so long since we've been there but we'd love to go back it would be amazing!"
If you're referring to that Philippine chart, I dont know if there is any official chart for that country, but that is one site that seems to be cited for charts. Its an International subchart.
The BM video was number 1 on The Box (music channel) chart earlier. No idea if that's a 'most requested' or 'most played' chart but it felt right seeing 'number 1' alongside our girls
I dont get it though. They seemed positive about a lot of sessions leading up to Xmas, and now they say nothing was working? What about that JinJin/Jess Glynne/Electric track they filmed in August and were not exactly moping around in?
What's even more amazing...the label let them blow thru 2 deadlines.

Those tracks probably weren't single worthy though.
It says something that all the previous tracks they didnt consider single worthy. To me that's not a good endorsement!
Also, the only people we knew for sure they worked with after Xmas were Purcell and the TMS lads at the farm? Was there anyone else? Did they just do that to come up with more singles or were they redoing most of the album tracks?
I am glad though, that they had the courage to keep going. I felt back when that their breakthrough would come when they exhausted their preconceptions and let go so they could move on.

There's been a lot of back and forth, they've mentioned on more than one occasion their love for the track with Jessie J and that was very early on, then this week they mentioned the Troyboi track that was also early on.
It should be noticed that you can have really good songs but together they don't make an album so you chuck some away and continue to work. I feel the Jan sessions was a last effort and it's also interesting that they picked TMS as if they and their team just said forget it and go back to your roots, they've produced most of their top 10s.
I'm appreciative their team invested in so many producers but I still feel they're holding back the money for top producers, it's been mentioned that smaller producers can be good because the girls can be involved creatively but they're on their third album and just now it seems they may have a track that can make a big impact and even now I'm still not sure BM will do it.
Some artists are lucky where they get great hits not working with the Dr Luke's and Pharrell's of the world but that just hasn't seem to happen to LM

Really? I would be shocked if it doesnt. I'm not saying Top 10 in the US or anything, but some sort of success. I say that because as I've been tracking reactions from non fans, I havent seen many songs lately if any getting across the board hugely positive reactions like this one has. Not just amongst the 18-25 yr old cool kids, but both genders and across wide age spans. Its not a musical masterpiece, but for some reason its really hit a good nerve with a lot of people.
As far as the big name argument, had anyone heard of indie rock band Walk the Moon before Shut Up and Dance with Me? I dont even know who wrote and produced their hit song.

Who can forget LA's crazy piano playing at Brighton.

Is that really Jade? Her instagram avatar is different from that in the tweet.
Radio 2 hasn't kicked in yet, has it?

Perrie and her cursing words
