Gobber talking about encouraging integration and diversity - he would start with schools. This comes from someone who sends his kids to a catholic school

Brian is going to look like an even bigger hypocrite when Mrs Brian makes the decision to send the Brianettes to a private school. How is he going to talk his way out of that one?

For all keen followers, J O'B said he'll be hosting Newsnight on Friday.

I hope he wears a bag over his head and a bib to catch his drool.

We don't know that. If she did, he would say that they had a family discussion and one side has to 'win' and the other 'loose' and unfortunately this time, he 'lost'.

Let us not forget Labour MPs have sent their children to private schools.

Whichever school, the Brianettes will be packed off with beetroot, quinoa and feta sandwiches.

Or he will blame 'austerity cuts' for the decision. But he will know that everyone realises just how chronic and laughable his champagne socialism is.

Iain Dale is rapidly becoming essential listening on LBC. He's a first rate broadcaster and I invariably enjoy his shows. One of the best on the station. I can't think of any of the recent incumbents of the time slot as Iain has really made the show his own.

Still I've found the unofficial LBC Twitter account which is some consolation.
Do you have a link please? :)

A shame about his speaking voice though. Still, it's nowhere as horrendous as Cristo's, but then, whose is.

What is strange about Iain's speaking voice? He always sounds very calm and measured. A voice to talk down a crisis !

Nick Abbot just cut someone off for calling him "Mr Abbot" in what he thought was a sneering manner and for using the word "apocryphal" twice. The master of sneering complaining about being sneered at. What a ****** he is.

Abbot devoted a good chunk of his programme to moaning about "stupid parents and their stupid children", one of the "stupid" children in question being an infant of two. I'm reminded of something my mother used to say: "The best reared children are an old maid's".

Whenever I hear Steve in the mornings he's incessantly slagging off Cheryl "Spagbol" Versini/Cole. If he thinks she's lowlife, how low is he equally for fastening on this celeb so much?

I cannot listen to that idiot any more. He's getting worse. More ridiculous, more bitchy and more extreme. Does anybody have any suggestions for DAB listening between 4.00 and 6.00 in the west country?

Ferrari immediately coming over as incredibly sexist and condescending when Melissa Kite said she didn't understand a news item in the paper ( hacking into a car ) . She refused to hand over the paper, as phat phat Ferrai 'asked', though and ploughed on with phat phat rumbling on in the background. Good girl!:D

It all looks a bit familiar. Like Steve's show - same old same old.

    Morning all. :)

I tend to agree. Despite his conservative leanings, his political debates remain fairly impartial and treats his callers with respect (unless, of course you are a complete knob-head).

Ken and David and Nick Abbott are not too bad either.

Agreed, he is fantastic to listen to.

He's a Tory, but he is fair minded & doesn't ridicule the other side, or try to score cheap political points.

Virtually everyday somebody posts that they are not going to listen to SA anymore. However, we still get constant reports about his programmes.

Despite 'everybody' switching off, he is still the most-listened to programme in London at that time

I reckon it must be a dark conspiracy (aren't they all?).
I blame the Illuminati (or something). ;-) :D
