In this case though I think the fall out was pretty mutual, he flatly refused to do the s'/l they were giving him (quite rightly imo) but that is like committing career suicide in Corrie I think!!

No reference to Leanne and Simon.:(

"David is spending a few days alone with his Dad" - will we see Martin again?

I don't know when exactly but at some point Leanne ends up in hospital which I assume is down to Simon.
It was being filmed around about the same time as Tracy being arrested again.

When Cathy calls in the café and offers to make the dessert for the curry night, Roy is curt with her and Cathy leaves chastened. At home, Cathy has a fright when a pile of boxes suddenly come tumbling down upon her. Cathy lies trapped and unconscious.

When Cathy fails to turn up for the curry evening, Roy is concerned and sets off to Cathy's house to find out what has happened. Realising she is trapped, Roy breaks the door down and rescues her from the pile of debris. Pointing out that her house is a potential death trap, Roy vows to do something about it.

Meanwhile, as Alya prepares for a business meeting, she is suddenly overcome with nausea and scuttles off to the loo, leaving Sally to deal with the client. In the Rovers toilets, Alya toys with a pregnancy testing kit but loses her nerve and shoves it back in her bag.

Elsewhere, Sarah confronts Bethany in front of Callum, demanding to know why she said Callum eyes up other women. Bethany squirms with humiliation. After the showdown with Sarah, Bethany is clearly scared of Callum's reaction. Apologising to Callum, she assures him that from now on she'll do anything he wants. Has Callum got Bethany right where he wants her?

Also today, Eileen and Michael are loved up after spending the night together. Eileen enjoys rubbing Gail's nose in it, but Michael is unimpressed by her childish behaviour

    Friday, Jul 31 2015 at 19:30
Roy persuades a reluctant Cathy to have a day out with him while Tyrone, Fiz and Chesney kindly clear some junk out of her house. At Cathy's request, they visit an art gallery. Roy is impressed with her knowledge and it's clear they've both enjoyed themselves.

At the same time, Tyrone, Fiz and Chesney work hard clearing out Cathy's junk. However, when Roy and Cathy return home and they reveal the fruits of their labour, how will Cathy react?

Meanwhile, Yasmeen is excited at the thought of planning the wedding, while a guilt-ridden Alya does her best to appear enthusiastic. Plucking up the courage, Alya heads to the Underworld loos with her pregnancy testing kit. When Beth finds the pregnancy testing kit in the bin, she and Sean wonder who it belongs to. Sinead glances at Alya and is aware there's something bothering her, but she keeps her counsel.

Later, as Gary arrives in the factory to collect Alya, Beth produces the pregnancy testing kit and teases Alya by suggesting it's hers. Alya is alarmed while Gary is bemused.

Elsewhere, Audrey summons Gail, Sarah and Bethany to the salon for a pampering session, hoping they can iron out their differences. Can she unite the family once more?

Also, when a stroppy customer calls in the cab office and drops her bracelet, Eileen pockets it and Michael is perturbed by her dishonesty

    Friday, Jul 31 2015 at 20:30
As Roy calms Cathy down, Tyrone shows her how they've boxed up all of her junk and labelled it so that she can decide what to dump and what to keep. Cathy is touched, revealing how after Alan's death, hoarding junk gave her comfort. Roy tells her to call if she needs him and heads home.

Clearly in a state, Cathy later arrives at the café and admits to Roy that she is scared that the longer she stays in the house, the worse she'll become. Sympathetic, Roy makes Cathy an offer.

Meanwhile, Sinead comes to Alya's rescue, making out that the pregnancy test was hers and it was negative. Alya feels terrible. As she and Gary meet with Yasmeen, Sharif and Anna to discuss wedding plans, the stress becomes too much for Alya and she heads out for some air. When Sinead finds Alya in tears on the street, Alya breaks down. Swearing Sinead to secrecy, Alya confesses how she had sex with Jason. Catching up with Alya, is Gary about to discover the awful truth?

Elsewhere, Kylie arrives home with Max and Lily and explains to Gail that David is spending a few days alone with his dad as Max's continual references to Callum were getting him down. Sarah feels guilty. Finding sulky Bethany alone at the bus stop, Sarah cancels her date with Callum and persuades Bethany to join her at the chippy.

Also, under pressure from Michael, Eileen begrudgingly agrees that if the customer returns looking for her bracelet, she'll hand it over

When Max spends the day at Callum's flat, Sarah agrees to look after him instead while Callum goes out on business. However, Gemma turns up at the flat badly beaten, forcing Sarah to send Max to his room.

When Gemma lets slip that her and Callum covered up for Bethany once, Sarah demands to know what she means. Soon Sarah is in for an even bigger shock when Max comes out of the bedroom brandishing the gun he's just found...

Meanwhile, Carla returns to the Street but is evasive when Lloyd and Roy ask about her trip to Spain. When Michelle finds a receipt from a Las Vegas hotel in the duty free gift bag that Carla gives her, Carla is instantly awkward. What is she hiding?

Elsewhere, Sally is delighted when Tim tells her that he intends to extend his window cleaning round to a new row of shops. She encourages his new-found initiative.

Also, Joni presents Robert with some legal documents that assign everything they own over to her.

    Monday, Aug 3 2015 at 20:30
Sarah stares in disbelief as Callum gently prises the gun from Max. Horrified at the situation she has found herself in, Sarah tells Callum they're finished.

When Callum shows her photos of Bethany acting as his drug mule, Sarah realises that he has got her right where he wants her. Will she be able to get home safely, and is she brave enough to confide in her family?

    Sarah stares in disbelief

Meanwhile, Carla reveals to Michelle that she went to Las Vegas and lost a fortune gambling, explaining that the thrill of her new addiction helps her to block out memories of the fire. Desperate to help Carla see sense, Michelle recruits the help of Roy. Can either of them help Carla open up?

Elsewhere, Tim's attempt to surprise Sally with a holiday to Wales falls flat when she point blank refuses to take time off work at such short notice. With Tim in Wales with Faye, Kevin calls round to keep Sally and Sophie company.

Also, Beth feels sorry for an upset Joni when she tells her that her marriage to Robert was over a long time ago.

Finally, Roy is proud of Cathy's progress

    Wednesday, Aug 5 2015 at 19:30

Carla is devastated to discover that Roy knows the truth about her trip abroad. Desperate to escape again, she hurries off to town. A concerned Nick insists on going to the casino with Carla and is aghast as he watches her recklessly gamble away hundreds of pounds.

When Carla confides in Nick just how much she has gambled, will he now realise the extent of her addiction?

Meanwhile, Bethany and Kylie both quiz Sarah on her split from Callum. Feeling the pressure from Callum's loaded threats, Sarah keeps quiet. When Bethany tells Callum that she believes he split up with Sarah because he has got the hots for her instead, Callum is taken aback by her mischievous spirit. What is she up to?

Elsewhere, annoyed at being left in the lurch by Carla, Sally moans to Kevin that Carla has left her to man the factory fort again. Knowing how stressed Sally is, Kevin tells her for what it's worth he thinks she is brilliant. Sally's spirit is lifted.

Also today, Leanne agrees to give Robert a trial in the kitchen at the Bistro.

Finally, Eileen and Michael sell the bracelet they've found to Todd at Barlow's Buys, but they panic when they discover the bracelet belonged to Deirdre and Liz is looking for it. Can they persuade Todd to sell it back to them?

    Friday, Aug 7 2015 at 19:30
Sally tells Kevin that she wants to buy the factory, but she wonders if he'd be interested in investing some money too. When Carla catches Sally snooping around her accounts, she fires Sally on the spot.

Sally thinks her dream of buying the factory is in tatters, but when Kevin tells her that he has decided to invest in her plan, she is overjoyed and goes in to kiss him. Will Kevin reciprocate?

Meanwhile, when Michael and Eileen approach Barlow's Buys in another attempt to buy back the bracelet, they're panicked when they find it closed. Eileen tells Michael they have no choice but to break in, but will Michael be caught in an act of burglary for the second time in Weatherfield?

Elsewhere, Ken treats Tracy to lunch in the Bistro and they are both impressed by the food. Leanne introduces them to the new chef and Tracy is gobsmacked when she comes face-to-face with Robert!

Also, Liz gives Tony short shrift when he presents her with her favourite chocolates as a peace offering.

Having agreed to keep their near-kiss between them, Sally and Kevin try to forget about it. Sally is consumed by guilt when Tim returns from Wales a day early and tells her how much he loves her.

When Tim later asks Kevin to be his best man, can he and Sally paint a smile on to mask their guilty secret? And will Kevin accept?

Meanwhile, on strict instructions from Eileen, Michael heads back to Barlow's Buys on a mission to buy back the bracelet. When Liz announces that she has found her bracelet, Eileen and Michael are gutted that the bracelet they found wasn't hers after all. A smug Gail is highly amused when she learns they paid £200 to buy it back.

Elsewhere, when Robert tells Tracy that Joni has kicked him out and he needed a job, she is absolutely furious and demands to know why he couldn't have found one further away. An adamant Robert refuses to be deterred by Tracy's anger as he tells her that he's staying in Weatherfield until she agrees to give him a second chance!

Also, Simon tidies the flat and Leanne thinks things are looking up between them. However, when she suggests they start afresh, Simon snaps at her and Leanne realises she spoke too soon.

"Simon and his mates get drunk in the Bistro." I didn't know he had any mates! In fact, for some time I've said he should have friends of his own age instead of the crush on Tina, Maddie and whoever else.

Sarah Harding will be back in Weatherfield next week.

There has been speculation today that Sarah, who plays wife on the warpath Joni Preston, has been axed from the soap.

But Sarah and show bosses announced from the beginning that the Stockport-raised singer was only signed up to appear in four episodes.

And if it came down to Sally choosing between the two men in her life, then who does Le Vell think she should be with? "That's a big question…Tim! I think Sally and Tim should be together."

I didn't know he had any either. I don't remember him being friends with anyone since Aadi and Lloyd's girlfriend's son - and wasn't he pretty horrible to them? Can't wait to see who he brings to the bistro :D

So Horrible Eileen's going to tell Michael they've 'no choice' but to break into Barlow's Buys - she is unbelievable :D Bet Gail and the boxroom are looking more attractive by the day to Michael.

Really? Firstly, as already pointed out - what mates? But also, everyone who works there knows Simon and even if they didn't, no way on earth does he look over 18 so I guess Simon and his imaginary friends must first break into the Bistro and then get drunk. Mind you, I think drunk Simon and his friends will probably be a more convincing bunch of thugs than Callum and his little gang.

I agree with Michael, Tim and Sally are great together. But reading the spoilers about Tim asking Keven to be his best man, the kiss is now obviously going to be revealed around the wedding, which is a shame because I like the friendship between Kevin and Tim (of course Kevin slept with Tyrone's missus and they're friends again, so one kiss probably won't affect his friendship with Tim at all).
