Faking a death is a criminal offence so so she is rightfully arrested. Kathy and Gavin live in Notting Hill. Phil sent Sharon to Notting Hill a few months ago To find her father ;)

This pretty much confirms that Gavin Sullivan is Sharon's dad.

I'm pleased that the fact that Kathy faked her own death is to be seen as a criminal offence and there will be follow up to that, I can't remember but Den face any punishment when he rose again?, And of course brilliant that the legend that is Marsden will be seen again.

Den was arrested shortly after his return (grassed up by Phil, I believe) but they didn't press charges.

Wasn't it Marsden (again) who arrested him and she was mad because they had messed up declaring him dead and so couldn't press charges against him and had to let him go. It was something like that. All quite contrived of course!

    So many questions.

to think Kathy has been living in London for the past ten years!

Does she know that Gavin is likely to be Sharon's Father?

Does she know that her Grandaughter was murdered?

Does she know Ben was in Prison for killing Heather?

Technically Kathy 'died' in South Africa unless there was a death certificate I wonder how much trouble she will be in.

Ian it seemed never dealt with any of Kathy's funeral arrangements etc either.

She is going to get off because she is coming home to Walford.

We don't know that she has been living in London for 10 years - they could have come back just before Feb.

We don't really know anything yet.

You don't just need death certificates for the funeral but also for probate. Given both she and her husband supposedly died, their assets should have been inherited by somebody and any debts settled from their estate. Whoever the executor of their wills was would have needed death certificates. You would also think they'd have been needed to confirm Phil as the only person with parental responsibility for Ben as he was a minor.

As someone that's watched from the start I still consider Den and Ang as Sharon's Mother & father. I don't care much for this Gavin fella or the Storyline at all really.

Oh I do too. No one can replace Den n Ang but given they were stupidly killed off I am intrigued about Sharon's birth family.
