I like rhubarb too - I think rhubarb crumble is gorgeous. I have to by myself ready made individual ones because no one else at Mazzy Towers will touch rhubarb.

We have about 5 rhubarb plants in the front garden that grow every year..although saying that this year I think a couple are on their way out. But there is nothing nicer than picking a couple of sticks and chopping it up, cooking straightaway and popping a homemade crumble on top
