Finally finished watching the weekend's wrestling. WWE was thoroughly enjoyable. I've enjoyed Summerslam the two years before this too. I suppose the finishes for the two big matches were a bit lame, especially Brock / Taker, which actually is completely kayfabe destroying if you think about it. But still, the match itself exceeded expectations.
I'm glad Sting has given WWE another chance to book him properly. They'll blow it again, but it's still nice to see him.
Sorry the Union Jack is the flag of the UK which, unless memory serves me wrongly, Scotland is still a part of is it not? Where does the blue come from in it?
As you consider "some local celebrity in town showing up to make the matches if tickets don't sell well" as the usual shenanigans, when was the last time a telvised UK show featured a celebrity showing up to make the matches?
