yes,they might as well just say, "The new Chaser will be on today" and have done with it,
But that presumably doesn't sound exciting enough.
I suppose it will take a few appearances before she finds her persona, she seems ok though and nice to see someone else. Best looking Chaser by far too lol.

Liking the Vixen so far! I imagine she'll have a strong victory (20+ steps?) today as it's her first showing. (And it would be terribly harsh and unfair for her first shown show to be a loss.)
First impressions of the new chaser: she has quite a strong northern accent - Manchester/Bolton?
No noticeable personal characteristics or traits so far apart from that red hair.
Still early days regarding her general knowledge and quizzing skills.
That said, it's a refreshing change to see a new chaser.
