Anyone else really enjoying this show? Great concept and good choice of people too.
One of my favourite moments was from a few weeks ago when it slowly dawned on Josh that he was the only one who had to do the counting tasks.

It's great seeing how they all do things so differently, thinking outside the box.
Missed the first one, wouldn't work for me on Daveplayer when I tried.
Still, it proves that there's nothing Frank Skinner won't do to replenish his bank balance.
I'm getting a bit sick of seeing Conaty acting dumb (actually I don't think it's an act). It's the same persona as she shows in Man Down, which is at least a scripted comedy.
Also surprised they got Frank Skinner for it.

You can hire him for less than the price of a bouncy castle these days.
Thanks for the link.
I had no idea he'd lost his money.
Writer needs to learn the difference between lose and loose.
It's a better Celebrity Big Brother than Celebrity Big Brother has been for a while, certainly.
The contestants for series 2 have also been announced - Jon Richardson, Richard Osman, Joe Wilkinson, Katherine Ryan and Doc Brown. Greg Davies and Alex Horne will return as hosts.
Joe Wilkinson is an odd sort, Some of his stand up is amazing but he really didn't click at all for me in 8/10 Cats do Countdown. Hopefully this hould show his talents off.
For me the interesting one is Richard Osman because he's not a comedian, but I do think he’s a very witty individual so should do well on this. His creative background might make him good with some of the tasks too.
He certainly is doing a lot more of them these days.
Odd sort, unfunny nerk I'd call him going on his 10 Cat's appearances, before I eventually gave up watching the Countdown version, I could suffer it until he turned up, then I'd batter the remote.
I quite like Taskmaster, I like a daft format though, older I get the more fluff I like.
Not a fan of Osman, he seems to think far too much of himself.
but its refreshing to change it up.
i hate joe Wilkinson but hes ok on this plus id watch it anyway , its a good show
i dont think nothing will top tree wizard from last series - classic piece of tv
Not wanting to confuse things, but series 3 was recorded at the same time as series 2. The series 3 cast will be: Paul Chowdhry, Dave Gorman, Al Murray, Rob Beckett and Sara Pascoe. No broadcast date has been given, but it’s likely to be 2017.
Ooooh thanks, I didn't know the that they had put the first one up early I kind of want to save watching it for later in the week but I might not have enough will power though! :D:D
What made the first series so good was the mix of personalities and the fact they had some really well known people. Doc Brown? Joe Wilkinson? Hardly A list when you compare it to Tim Key and Frank Skinner 2 people that have been doing these sort of shows and presenting them for many years.
I have much higher hopes for series 3
As somebody pointed out i also could not stomach Cats Does Countdown with Joe Wilkinson on it and while he is toned down here based on episode 1 i just don't think he adds anything. Ill keep watching the series may grow on me.
All of series 3 has been recorded really think that should have been series 2
He probably only got the gig because he's a friend and colleague of the show creator Alex Horne.
I had never heard of Tim Key before TaskMaster. so series 2 is the same as series 1 for me - I know 4/5 of the panel (never heard of Doc Brown before). I'd probably also say that Katherine Ryan is better known than Roisin Conaty. I like the new panel so am looking forward to the new series.
