Just checking our wiki archives and wombat entered this from Dora 2009 in the NF Rejects contest last year. Such a rich sound, it finished an under appreciated 31st out of 34.
I was so hopeful after the good reviews that Washy would be sailing through, but ah well........thanks anyway to the kind people who spared me some points, especially stanld03, ESC Ross and, most surprisingly, weedy.:eek:
That very rare occasion where an act (although not this song) I've been considering entering appears on the playlist. Not that I approve of internal selections but if Switzerland ever did one again....
This led at one stage and received points from 23 out of a possible 39 voters, which can't be far off a record. Many of the points were low points though, which in the end meant it had to settle for 4th.
