Virgin broadband has moved to Entertainment Services > Broadband Internet http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/forumdisplay.php?f=75

However the one for Smallworld seems to have gone completely, as has a specific forum for the V+ box.

Why fix something when it isn't broken?

Cable was an ideal way to have all VM forums, because let's face it, VM IS mainly cable!!!

All the changes made were after significant user feedback. We had an announcement on the entire Entertainment Services section up for a week that indicated there were changes being planned and asking for user input.

The HD forums were merged with the main platform forums and broadband forums were moved to Broadband Internet. Smallworld Cable no longer warranted its own forum, so was merged with the main board. We're still reviewing feedback and making changes based on what users are saying, so based on the above we've added a redirect to the Virgin Broadband forum here too.

This is the only part of the forum I visit (and paid £5 for, something I have never done with any other website). I would expect such a change to be announced in the sections facing change. Food for future thought.

I must admit I don't like the changes very much - however I'm sure that I'll get used to it and before long won't remember what they used to be like!!

The change is a mess. I only tend to frequent a few forums, cable being one.

Now I've got to jump all over the place... Silly DS.

Why do you need to jump all over the place?

Go to the Cable forum, and all the cable links are there, Cable, Cable TV & Phone & Broadband, so unsure why you have to jump all over the place in this forum?

Have you tried clicking the TV sub forum at the top of the page, then the TiVo sub forum?

I can't find TiVo sub forum under TV

The only sub-forums I see under TV are
    Broadcasting
    TV Shows UK
    TV Shows US
    TV Cult SciFi
    Soaps
    Big Brother
    X Factor
    Strictly Come Dancing

Don;t worry folks, I've found it.
Why can't they just have left TiVo sub-forum under Cable and not moved it under Virgin Media TV and Phone I don't know:confused:
I must say that I for one don't like the new way Forums have been set out, I much preferred the way the Cable forum used to be set out

You've obviously been here a lot longer than I. God knows, about the time of my join date?

Apparently I fell foul of some crappy experiment they were doing.

To chow down on everything > I'm < interested at Virgin.

    1. From main DS page, click link to visit forums.
    2. Then click to go to Virgin Broadband.
    3. Click back to Cable Forum.
    4. Then click to go to Virgin Media TV and Phone.
    5. Then click to go to TiVo.
    6. Click back to Virgin Media TV and Phone
    7. Click back to Cable Forum.
    8. And then click a final time to return to the main forum page.
    9. And now off to another forum.

That seems more convoluted than it used to be to me?

I should add that I have my mouse set up with page forward and back buttons.

You can visit all those forums in 6 clicks, then a 7th to go back to the main forum.
