From what I've read its girls wanting to go lesbian for them. Future P!nk fans in the making.
My crystal ball sees a sexy librarian music vid in the LM future.
Basically, its hard for short women to do an effective sexy persona. Theres a reason models are 5'-7" and over, because they have longer legs. Shorter women can do perky and bubbly and fun.
Actually men like curvy more than leggy when it comes to sexy.
UK men especially.
On Sunday, August 4, the girls will be taking over our Instagram page as they gear up to perform at the Highline Ballroom in NYC at 12:30 p.m. ET. Anyone who follows the Little Mix Instagram account knows that the group is known for posting hilarious pics, so we can be sure that they’ll be sending some amazing selfies, behind-the-scenes shots and more with us @OKMagazine, too.
Follow our Instagram account @OKMagazine on Sunday around noon ET to make sure you don’t miss out. It’ll be fun! Promise.
....I've been here since 4am waiting I'm so excited!
Sometimes, I think these shows are a good excuse for girls just to scream as loud as they can
Surely they can't enjoy the singing for the decibel level -
As for the screaming, I have to say there is nothing worse for a performer than a crowd sitting on their hands. Its demoralizing. So we'll tolerate the screaming. The album is for listening.

Very good point - but singing along would be better, I think. - and equally supportive
As for what are they doing before Friday, it's unlikely they are going to be on tv/radio because they don't have anything to plug at the moment. Clearly still no sign of a follow up single. I reckon they will be in the studio for the album, i'd be surprised if there wasn't some input from US producers so it'd make sense for them to go to New York/LA to lay down some vocals or whatever.

I reckon the next single will come in September.

I could have sworn they released an album on May 28th. But its almost like that was a gesture to get that out of the way before a global release for the next one. If they had any radio or tv lined up those stations would have been promoting the dates so I think you're right about that. I still think they'll be having some production meetings about the US tour in addition to doing some recording.
And, this is the first visit they haven't brought their guitarist along.
It does increasingly look like there might not be another single release from DNA in the US. Maybe Columbia aren't that impressed with it's offerings. I imagine they are after a smash hit single to really launch them and in fairness although the DNA album is good nothings as individually strong as Wings as a single imo.
Even if they did record it this week, there isnt enough time for a Sept. release.
*bursts your bubble*
Hee hee. Hopefully something comes up soon. In the meantime, they are off to see Beyonce's show tonight in Brooklyn...perhaps scouting out tour tips too? http://instagram.com/p/cnHUnLOGZ6/
Its nice to see them enjoying themselves for once.
Ooh good catch!
"The girls — Jesy, Perrie, Jade and Leigh-Anne, ranging from 20 to 22 in age — flew to New York yesterday for their Radio Disney hosted performance today (Aug. 4) in the Meatpacking district; tomorrow they leave for L.A. where they will be recording their upcoming album all week, expected to drop in the fall."
I guess that's always a possibility, but somehow I dont think the label or the girls would want to start off with a weakness and try to force something that wont happen. I think one or both would want to wait until they feel they have something. Of course, what they might think is killer the public might not take to.
IMO, the worst thing they could do is turn out a cynical piece of work. They would then be open to every criticism of the talent show factory process and be ruined.
"expected to drop in the fall" sometimes I worry about them hufrrying without having a killer lead single
I bet it will be class. They have the fans to last the long term, and, judging by the album's worldwide performance compared to the singles, want to buy all the songs rather than one in particular. They will only improve, not decline.

An hour before someone posted that the street was full of drunk people leaving the nearby bars.
The girls really need to do a tour here.

Radio Disney probably loved Jade's outfit.

I dont think LM have their lead single in hand yet, so I think any date doesnt exist yet.
I reckon there will be something in September. They might even spend this week recording it.
Oh how I love to speculate
EDIT: Popcrush interview http://popcrush.com/little-mix-craziest-fan-encounter-skivvies-men-personal-style-exclusive/
Says they will be recording the album in LA.

Little Mix hit the shops in New York City

I just saw that and winced. With all the good food in Manhattan, they had to stop at a quickie buffet. Oy!
Jade's mom should have arrived in LA by now. I noticed LA's tweeted "hooray for Hollywood" so maybe she came out too.
