    Huh:confused:

As far as I can see, the evidence on this forum proves the opposite, that it's the left wing that are intent on the absolutely vile destruction of this country.

If that's as far as you can see, may I suggest a visit to your local Specsavers is in order?

Immigration and the EU have been on the agenda for ages and ages and ages, rather than ignored and haven't been remotely taboo (that's UKIP propaganda). eg Hague and Howard's campaigns in recent history.

indeed they have. but when ever immigration was discussed (particularly during the blair era), anyone who questioned immigration were shouted down or branded racist, and in regards to questioning the EU, you were a europhobe.

(i am generalising but you get the picture).

The biggest threat to community cohesion in the UK is from Chuka's chums in various Labour controlled councils who ignore Muslim grooming for fear of being labelled "racist."

When did he do that then?

    He didn't.

But what he also hasn't done is adequately distanced himself from a significant subset of UKIP supporters who very much do blame foreigners for the UK's ills.

And I'm afraid you reap what you sow in that regard. That is his choice, of course, and good luck to him.

 How does evidence on this forum lead to you that assumption?

Meanwhile, on a daily basis on this forum, UKIP supporters continue to rail against pretty much every section of society that they deem to be unrepresentative of their sepia-hued Shire-like vision of Britain. Just today in another thread we've seen a UKIP supporter moaning about 'riff raff in sneakers spoiling a night on the town' for some people. So we can seemingly add trainer-wearing riff raff to the list of people that are contributing to societies ills.

THAT is the very definition of divisiveness, THAT is the very essence of right wing populism and THAT is the strategy of UKIP.

What thread was this in please? I feel the need to read further on this blight on society

It isn't immigrants who are to blame, it is the politicians.

Yes that's right - because it's only Muslims that abuse children.

To be honest I don't think that Generalizing, I think you've got it spot on plus some people still do that.

I suspect that's not an instruction a kipper would mind, seeing as it's a UK company.
Pity they're based in Guernsey and see their expansion in Europe, while their MD is closely involved in optical work in the developing world.:D:D

But it's the threat of entire gangs of Pakistani Muslims, in certain parts of Britain, that isn't helping community relations especially if friends and families of such criminals are not willing to tell on them.

If this is part of the Chuka charm offensive to win back disaffected Labour voters who are moving to UKIP, I'd suggest it's not going very well.

When Chuka accuse UKIP of being vile, he's basically saying that of all their increasing voters.

Maybe he should make the case for why he's right and their wrong instead of just saying he can't stand them.

A lot of them are people who used to vote Labour pre 2010 and they need to win over to win next May. Essentially he regards a lot of working class ex Labour voters as vile too presumably. Disagree with the policies but childish name calling isn't exactly the way to win them back!.

As has been said maybe it's time he got out of London a bit more - although anyone who lives in the capital knows how well services, housing and infrastructure are stretched to capacity. But more and more people is never of course the cause!

UKIP are vile though. I'd rather see a Tory majority government than UKIP in charge, and considering how much I absolutly despise the Tories, that's saying something. The Tories are vile too, but UKIP are much, much worse.

UKIP are never going to form a government but it will be interesting to see how many seats they get in relation to,say, the LibDems.

Large sections of the public consider Labour vile too and nobody will ever change these fixed opinions. Our democracy elects a government with only approx 20% of the electorate voting for it (35% of a 60% turnout) so this one fifth of the population can wreck the economy and society for the other 80% whichever government we have.

There ought to be a better system but the vested interests will never change it.

well, he's off on one again. good old Chuka - the gift that keeps on giving.:D

Ukip has been condemned as 'absolutely vile' by Labour rising star Chuka Umunna, who accused Nigel Farage of trying to blame foreigners for all of Britain's problems.

In his most outspoken attack yet, Mr Umunna said Ukip was 'sowing the seeds of division' by accusing 'that bunch over there' of being responsible for a shortage of housing, GP appointments and well-paid jobs.

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2802843/ukip-absolutely-vile-blaming-immigrants-problem-britain-warns-labour-s-chuka-umunna.html

Whatever your opinions on UKIP are (and mine are varied), UKIP have definitely shaken up the established parties, (for better in my opinion), as they have now forced the main parties into discussing the 'taboo' subjects' they used to ignore.

As a party member this guy utterly disgusts me to my bones, openly racist and as thick and ignorant as a man can be, even has the gall to say he will be britains first black PM, sorry but he is way to deluded to realise that Blair has a better chance of becoming PM again before he does.

And David Lammy once remarked that the UK is not going to elect into office of PM a member of the ethnic minorities anytime soon especially him, the grassroots hate every vile disgusting thing about him.

Another badly educated illiterate moron is Chuckup Umana. He could cause a race riot in an empty phone box, utterly vile scumbag.

Give the UK back to the British? Where is that sentiment when talking about Northern Ireland and a united Ireland? ;)

Where is it when talking about the railways, the electric company, the gas company, your blood supplies at the NHS or the sodding nuclear power stations for that matter.

For a bunch of people who supposedly dont like them their foreigners, our political class seem to have sold them all our stuff for a knockdown price quickly enough.

He seems pretty intelligent to me. When has he been "openly racist"?

This is very confusing. I thought you were talking about Umunna in the first part of your post - if not, who were you referring to? And what makes you think he is illiterate or a "vile scumbag"?

A perfect summing up of Farage if you drop the word "socialist".

Oh that we could drop the word "socialist".
