These ongoing track cycling rule changes are getting ridiculous.
"Any nation that has hosted the Summer Olympics between the years 2009 and 2015 is only allowed one male and one female to cover all the individual events."
Good effort by Chris Hoy to take it on though when everyone thought he was retiring and "Go Trotty !"
Also quite perturbed by the rule changes in the rowing that any nation that topped the rowing medal table at the 2012 and 2008 olympic games are only allowed to use one oar per boat. But I'm sure it will work out.

There are only 306 events! what are the extra 100 channels for?
Advertising channels of course! This is 2016, we don't have adverts on the same channels as programmes any more.
Don't you remember back in 2014 when ITV1 gave up all pretence of interrupting their adverts with programmes and dropped all the programmes and just showed adverts 24/7? Channel 5 did the same 6 months later. They were the first of many advert channels.
