most - Morrissey, Kirsty Maccoll

Agreed! :) I do prefer Kirsty overall (talented in both her harmonies and her songwriting skills) but Morrissey comes a close second.

Least - Katy Perry.. Cheryl Cole

She wason Jonathan Ross not too long ago either, and she was awful. But she was good on Live Lounge, so maybe it's crap studio sets???

Having said that, normally everybody are good on JR (not sure about DOI, don't watch it), so maybe it's Pixie...

*runs and takes cover from Jeromeboi22* :p

Hmm I thought she was brilliant on JR as well. I am very biased though since I'm a massive fan. I think it's the "crap studio sets"!
    Oh! yes she was.

Seriously anybody with broad / multi genre interest in singers would never consider her to have anything more than average vocals.

I am probably one of THE most "broad / multi genre interest in singers" person here. I'm not afraid to brag about that. So I consider her to have more than excellent vocals let alone average.
