Think you've already stitched yourself up quite conclusively, to be honest.

Why don't you treat her then?
She's dead so it's too late.

Do you deny she is dead?.
Do you deny that it is, therefore, too late?.

As both are true no disrespect was shown, after all, you started it by lying in some rubbish story to get some sympathy for your views.

    You failed.

because it sounds better if your speaking from experience which I am but just not the personal experience I said. It is true old people get treated appaullingly in those hell homes.

get a grip please it's called a white lie and it may not be true to my circumstances but it's real for anyone with mothers and fathers and grandparents in one of the homes.
I lied to make a point so by all means go ahead and sew me.
a WHITE LIE? You need to take a good hard look at yourself sunshine.

How are we defining luxury? Is it something that Gordon Ramsay might serve up at one of his restaurants?

no one is actually laughing, its just an expression.

but if anything, i'm laughing at your ridiculous suggestion that not thinking its a big deal that they get some crappy christmas dinner is remotely comparable to thinking they shouldn't be in prison at all is so wide of the mark

    1. prison is not a breach of human rights.

    2. inmates are not living on M&S food.

you might think you can win an argument by just making crap up and hoping nobody notices, but invariably people were not born yesterday.

    Iain

My posts went totally over your head, didn't they? :D

    Agreed.

But you shouldn't tell fibs to try and score points. It just makes discussion with you in future difficult. :)

5 years in the Gulag for lying should straighten you out. You'd get there just in time for the Roasted pigeon from Bresse with grilled polenta, smoked pork belly and date sauce. :D
