This injunction thing is a great idea!, it's just keeps the story going forever.

The media should campaign to keep them, not get rid of them

The truth of an injunction is that they drag things out for months if not years. It's like choosing a 2year prison sentence for a parking offence rather than paying the fine.
I bet the football player concerned is hating the fact the his injunction has had the opposite effect.

I was hoping for her to be in Celeb BB instead.

Why, just out of interest? She's already spent loads of time in the BB house so if anything I would have thought it would be more interesting to see her in something different?

A total whorebag waste of space.

And what's the gagging order all about - everyone knows who the footballer is anyway!!!

That doesn't mean we're interested. In fact looking at the posts on this thread, I'd say that people really aren't interested in her.

When IAC started out, they used to get really interesting people on - people who had had careers and had many interesting stories to tell. Blimey, they've gone from the likes of Tony Blackburn, Malcolm McLaren, John Lydon, Shaun Ryder, Janice Dickinson, Jenny Bond, Christine Hamilton and Tara Palmer Thompkinson to...er...some woman who was on Big Brother a few years back and who has only been invited on because she shagged someone famous who took out a superinjunction!

I'm hoping IAC will do a U-turn on this one. I seem to remember they did last year with another woman whose claim to fame was shagging a footballer. It's about time they stopped rewarding the likes of Imogen Thomas and instead targeted people who are (or were) genuinely famous and entertaining.

I do agree with you about IAC, she will be a waste of space, she has zero personality. Let's hope she hasn't signed the contract yet and they change their mind.

I don't thin people should be calling her names on something that may not be true. The same thing was said of Vanessa peroncell.. That she was going to be on iacgmooh. Imogen made a mistake but she deserves better than max Clifford.. She needs to cut all ties from him.. I hope she has a good support network that will be able to advise her properly.. I dint see what good it will be for her to remain in the public eye.

Well done love. Go on BB, be as boring as hell, get your kit off afterwards, shag a famous man and keep talking about how you don't want to talk about it, hire king of the media **** max and you get your gig as a low rent zeleb as the one in a bikini in IAC.

Your parents must be soooooooo proud

    My thoughts exactly Blondie!

I vaguely remember her from BB a few years back ~ IIRC she made a beeline for 'Sezer the Geezer' and was all over him, until his *shock exit* (at least, it was for him and her ~ but not the viewing public who'd voted him out with one of the biggest majorities ever!) I also remember her being one of the most boring people to ever appear on TV, with no personality whatsoever.

I really hope she's not signed up for this year's IAC, as it will spoil my viewing pleasure no end. I have no desire to hear what she may or may not have to say about her mucky little affair with this footballer, even if it was broadcast in its entirety (which we all know it won't!) I simply don't care enough about either of them to want her taking a place on a show which could be allocated to someone who is far more interesting!

Please go away Dimogen and get back to doing what you do best ~ trawling the nightclubs for your next 'big story'.

Who is this woman? What is she famous for (beyond shagging a famous bloke who's taken out a super-injunction)?

Allegedly, if one is to believe the tales she's told the tabloids, shagging a number of famous blokes who didn't take out an injunction.

Tabloid cash can be a big motivator.

Russell Brand, Rav Wilding are just a couple that I know of. I believe she tried it on with Gavin Henson but CC threatened to land one on her. :D

Oh I thought it was just an audio......I heard it when she was in BB. Thing is with Imogen is she looks like butter wouldn't melt. Oh and she's was supposed to have had Ronaldo when she worked at that hotel in London before BB?

She does like her famous men doesn't she?

If she's on I'm A Celeb then it could be a nail in its coffin. The programme has gone downhill over the last few series because of the crap z list celebs they put in the jungle.
Imogen will be a massive mistake.
I hope Jedward do in though, I love them and I think they could be winners.

She was benign in BB, why would IAC want her on the show if the only thing she is 'famous' for is the one thing they can't broadcast!

Crazy ..... I don't watch the show anyway, even AntnDec ain't funny anymore. :(

This could be a big mistake on her part. The public generally punishes trashy tabloid kiss 'n tells Look how many times they voted for Krusty Price to do the trials until she eventually cracked and walked.

I hope Dimogen likes the taste of creepy crawlie repeatedly.

Mind you, it would be worth a few quid "my jungle hell" in the tabloids or more faux weeping on Daybreak.

I'm not sure the Sun are correct about the law. Usually these injunctions prevent the person from talking about the identified issues anywhere in the world. So although the Ossie broadcasting company could broadcast with impunity (unlike the media here), if she came back to the UK she could still be imprisoned for contempt.

It's a complete waste of money much the same way getting Ulrika into the BB house was a waste of money. They hope they will talk about the men they are famous for shagging but it all ends up on the cutting room floor and we are left with stories about them washing dishes and getting boob jobs.

I'm sure this will compensate for the loss of a payout that she failed to receive from not being able to sell her story. I don't know if she intended to sell her story, but it's a nice little earner anyway. She's very nice looking, so I suppose this will attract the male viewers at home.

I must be the only person who doesn't know then, lol. I don't have a clue, but then I haven't exactly been following this story anyway. No idea about this court order or why the guy is allowed to keep his identity "secret" whilst she's been named and shamed. Sure, she deserves to be named and shamed (she must have known he was married if he's so "high profile", surely?) but surely so does he, he's the one who's married, isn't he? Very odd carryings on! lol.

I remember seeing her on BB, and noted at the time how self-aware she was. I recall she used to hang out with the 'bad uns', so I'm not surprised she's raking in a load of money merely because she slept with a footballer.

Looks like she's going to need that 6 figure salary....according to BBC News, not only is Mr Footballer suing Twitter, she's getting sued too!!! She certainly seems to know how to pickem!!!!

Proves she has nought between her ears?

I don't think he or she is suing Twitter just asking for the details of those who may have broken the injunction.

I do think that she needs IACGMOOH more than they need her, the figure banded about seems high, but I would suggest it is probably rubbish.

She is a professional slag; her life/money is based on shagging high profile blokes.

After this debacle nobody is gonna want to touch her, literally and metaphorically.

She is 'gold' for the producers, much like that dodgy quack McKeith, soiled goods throwing one last dice at the casino of celebdom.

And like McKeith too lacking in common sense, or too desperate to remain in the public eye that they can't see what awaits them.

I wont be watching, but await with amusement reading about her exploits on TV here on DS.
