Just got an email off them thanking me, that's a nice touch.
I have received emails from several bands whose music I bought on Bandcamp. That is how to build a loyal fanbase and ultimately achieve monetary success.

I only had one listen of the Vista Chino album, but didnt rate it at all. Love John Garcia normally...like you say Hermano are also great. I like the fact that El Coyote, or The Great Divide as I believe its more commonly called, was never released. Its a superb album.
The Vista Chino = Peace isn't as strong as the other Garcia fronted albums, but at least its a great starting point. Live it will kick serious butt and then you get a truck load of Kyuss tunes thrown in too. Raging there is no Irish date this time around (got to see Hermano and Garica Plays Kyuss a few years ago down in Dublin).
I got El Coyote off some dude via Stoner Rock dot com pretty soon as it was canned. Loved that place! It came with a basic cover and was maybe the first name it traded under, then I think it was bootlegged on vinyl as The Great Divide and that name seemed to stick a bit more?

Thanks again! We really appreciate the support anyone gives us - doesn't take long to say thanks back.
I only found about this place after googling Baleful Creed as I was waiting on an album review to be published and it linked me into this thread - I've still 50 odd pages to catch up on too! Saw there was a good bit of Stoner Rock love in here and signed up.

You are Baleful Creed?
I have been recommending your album to anyone who will listen
Music fans must do their part in the promotion of their favourite bands these days.
I would like to add Million Dollar Reload to that list (not sure if I have recommended them before as I recommend so many). I saw them in Mason's in Derry this year and they were brilliant. Also so their lead singer at the Thunder/Whitesnake/Journey concert in Belfast
The Northern Irish music scene is rather healthy at the minute and not just in hard rock/heavy metal either. There are a lot of upcoming bands from a number of different genres.
That's me up to Page 40 so far. Knackered now, so will catch up with the rest over the weekend.
I hope to get Maverick and Baleful Creed out of Belfast and start hitting a few spots West and North West soon, Will try and line up Masons and Jaggers Commons Rooms if possible. Once we have our CD out in a week or two, we'll play anywhere!

Cheers for the link, all I kept getting was 'Dance the night away' by the mavericks
Name a venue in Omagh and I'll see what I can do. All new to me over there bar for Jaggers in Fungannon where we played with Trucker Diablo. The Fourth Exit were also playing - they have now become Altus, so if you like it heavier with a touch of Mastodon then give them a whirl.
You don't want to listen to Dance The Night Away by the Mavericks LOL!
Check out Doublewide - sadly now RIP, but huge BLS/COC/Down influenced band.
Jon Joe their vocalist/guitarist is now playing bass in Astralnaut - who you can pick up their latest EP for free this week to celebrate their 2nd birthday:
The Truth / Dodger - if you are on Facebook, I've some links for us you might be interested in, or if you could share the following for us - that would be amazing!! Thanks!
For those that love Heavy rock with huge guitar tones - try this out! (For fans of Danzig / Alice In Chains/ Black Sabbath / Fireball Ministry to name a few)
Our CD will hopefully be available soon - but in the meantime our debut album is available on free streaming on Bandcamp or download it for less than the price of a pint of beer - only £3.00!!
Check out our first full promotional video - Crazy Man - it's a really stunning video!
And finally - as Facebook restricts our Band Page Updates - we have a new Global Community Group were we hope all our updates will be seen - simply drop by and ask to join:
I'm going to see Vista Chino and Monster Truck this Saturday. I've been like a kid on Christmas morning all week! Don't know who I'm more excited to see! Vista Chino for the second time or the frankly phenomenal Monster Truck, I think the Truck are edging it right now.
Enjoy the gig tonight!! Look forward to hearing your review of it

Assume you got the full version? There was another version kicking about with a couple of songs missing. Think theres about 14/15 tracks on the full one.
I have a promoter asking for a good Sabbath tribute band that is based in the UK mainland. He needs them for a gig before the Sabbath gig in Birmingham this December, somewhere for the Sabbath heads to have a few pre-match beers so to speak, and have a tribute band provide the music.

Sorry for multiple posts, but only reach Page 20 on this thread, so to help out Dodger and his quest for more Irish metal bands:
Stormzone - full on NWOBHM style - signed to SPV with 4 albums out so far
Astralnaut - Stoner rock hallions from Armagh - 2 EP's out so far
Trucker Diablo - biker rock with huge choruses - 2 albums out so far
Screaming Eagles - will give The Answer a huge run for their money - debut album just issued
Maverick - 80's sleaze rock - One EP out and album due next year
Electric Taurus - Dublin Stoner Rock, really serious 70's groove from these lads - one album out so far
Castero - Dirty stoner rock from Southern Ireland - Two albums out
And for great Irish trad metal sounding stuff - I'd stick with the first 3 Skyclad albums (from Newcastle, UK LOL!)
I would like to add Million Dollar Reload to that list (not sure if I have recommended them before as I recommend so many). I saw them in Mason's in Derry this year and they were brilliant. Also so their lead singer at the Thunder/Whitesnake/Journey concert in Belfast
Sorry I didn't provide links to the recommendations as well

Being a country boy I am not overly familiar with Belfast. I can get to the Odyssey and that's about it.
Jaded Sun - another one that could give The Answer a run for their money
