I had this totally sane and not at all demented idea that someone stuck Lucy in a wheelie bin and that's what Emma said was missing It's Max's fault, he was chucking rubbish in a wheelie bin in the Gods and Monsters advert and that was enough to set me off...
It's not impossible that the wheelie bin was put in an industrial sized freezer also I guess:)
Well yes of course... especially if it's one of those walk in freezer jobbies that I'm sure someone must have on the square;-):D *really shouldn't feed my wheelie bin obsession!!*

Before she died, my vote was with Emma, the police woman.
My theory was that she had gone a bit mental, that she was actually texting herself and she never met up with anyone in the park.
To me it was obvious because during the park scene when she supposedly met up with the murderer, the camera even panned away to show she wasn't speaking to anyone, that's how I saw it anyway!
Now she's dead that theory has dropped, BUT it may still work in that Max knew all about it and is just covering up for her. Which is why he ripped up the files as they contain some sort of evidence that links Emma to the murder.

What would her motive be though?
There was something strange when her ex boyfriend said to Max that her parents did not want to collect her things so he was going to do it, maybe that could mean something (although clutching at straws), maybe in true soap style shes some estranged family member.

we`ve met them I think it's just that they liked him and maybe blamed max for her being sacked and just didn't like max.
I don't get the significance of Cindy being the only person looking at her phone in that picture. I'd be really grateful if someone would spell it out for me.
As for Emma's parents, I'm pretty sure that they weren't keen on Max and would have preferred her to have stayed with (can't remember his name) her ex, who I'm sure they would have known better, even to the extent of considering him family. I did find it very odd that the only one at Emma's bedside as she lay dying was Max, no sign of her parents or ex, surely they ought to have notified them?
I thought no one directly killed Lucy it was by what killed Lucy. It must have been someone that she is comfortable to confront. So for me that rules out anyone dangerous (like Nick Cotton, Phil maybe Lee) or someone she could talk in private at home (Abi, Lauren)

I think it'll one from be Pam/Les/Whitney/Denise
Yes, that was said at the start. It's a case of "what" rather than "who" killed Lucy. And when we find out what happened it would be sad.

Someone must have directly killed her - otherwise how would it be classed as murder.
If you cut the brakes on someone's car, for example, that could be classed as manslaughter as you may have wanted to punish them and put them in hospital, yet not actually kill them.

Not sure of the motive, maybe she's always been a bit mental and was really jealous of Max's relationship with Lucy?
This is the link to the photo I was talking about it was from a thread on here last week which said dtc murder trial tweet! Its not all the suspects but Cindy is on her phone!
Comments
?
Lol.
Yes ok trail what ever the title of the actual thread was .. the point is she's the only one on her phone.

Haha oh now I see where it came from!! I like it.
Of what? The phone?

Just saying!

I doubt that's by accident either, so perhaps it rules her out now, with it being an 'obvious' clue?
I had the exact same theory

It could make sense when you think about it all!
Is that Kellie behind Babe? She sort of looks like Helen Flanagan there.
I think it's Linda behind Annette.
Yeah, it's Linda behind Aunt Babe.
