I've heard of singing the chicken fur but never soaking meat in vinegar. Isn't that one from when people didn't have freezers and only kept them in cold storage or larders...
Probably but it takes the raw taste out of the meat. It's not soaked for hours around 30 minutes if it's chicken pieces like the wings she had thighs etc before overnight seasoning. I was raised like this salt and pepper chicken is not really a thing. Saying all this I no longer eat meat at all.
None of the food in that first restaurant looks like anything I'd ever dream of eating, never mind paying for in a swish restaurant. Let's hope this one is more up my street.
